Order Cancellation
​​If for any reason you need to have an order cancelled, please email us at shop@pensive.studio within 24 hours of placing the order.​
Refunds
We offer refunds within the first 14 days of your receiving purchase, if 14 days have passed since receiving your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.

​Unfortunately, some items are non-returnable such as personalised items. ​
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Eligibility for Refunds
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Please email shop@pensive.studio to request an exchange.
We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be undamaged and in their original packaging.
pensive. reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. ​

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@pensive.studio.​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.​

Domestic ​Shipping​
Orders are sent by Royal Mail. Items will be shipped 2-3 business days after receipt of purchase. You should receive an email from Royal Mail on the day of dispatch with tracking information.
International ​Shipping​
​​Orders are sent by Royal Mail. Items will be shipped 2-3 business days after receipt of purchase. You should receive an email from Royal Mail on the day of dispatch with tracking information. Costs for international delivery will be quoted at the checkout.
Please note that we have no control over import duties and taxes charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order as you will be responsible for payment.

MPR Planners are completely handmade. Because of this, the planner may differ from the product image.
The dimension of the planners are based on the standard A5 paper size. Since every book is handmade the sizes might slightly vary on each planner.
