The course is split into 3 parts: theory, the method, and practical application. Part one will guide you through the theory behind the MPR Method, including MPR-specific approaches to mindfulness, creativity, and relaxation. It's important to note that while the MPR Method is meant to be used with analogue tools i.e. pen and paper, the theory is necessary to establish a different mindset and perspective to get the most out of the method and this course. Part two outlines the MPR Method itself, breaking down each part of the flow and providing examples of how to put it into practice. Part three shows the MPR-specific layouts in a notebook through a follow-along style video.
